Our Story
Chris DeChristopher has been married to his wife, Kim, for over 40 years. Together, they’ve built a beautiful family and a business that reflects the same values—hard work, dedication, and genuine care for others.
In the early days, Chris owned one of the largest painting companies in the Inland Empire. While he loved the work, he knew he wanted to do more than improve homes—he wanted to help people find them. That dream led him to pursue his real estate license.
In 1990, Chris started his real estate career with Century 21 Golden West in Lake Elsinore, CA. It didn’t take long for his passion and drive to shine—within just a few years, he became the top producer. By 1998, Chris had joined Rancon Real Estate in Menifee, CA, where he went on to be the top agent every single year for nine years straight. Wanting to create something lasting for his family and clients, he earned his Broker’s License and took the next big step.
Today, Chris is proud to own DeChristopher Properties. Alongside his team of Realtors and specialists—with more than 40 years of combined experience—he continues to help families with the same dedication that started it all.
